Welcome to GlobalPaymentsGaming.com.  We'll use our new website to provide our Gaming Entertainment clients with regular insights on the challenges and opportunities they are facing in this fun and exciting industry.  We'll also provide updates on our evolving solutions, designed to help you create amazing guest experiences and curate guest play across all of your physical and digital properties.

As the new President of Global Payments Gaming Solutions, I couldn't be more excited about what's in store for 2018.  Increased competition, a wave of consolidation, and a need to seamlessly deliver guest experiences across all channels and devices are fundamentally changing the landscape for Gaming Entertainment companies.  Additionally, online and interactive gaming is growing substantially, with data by Statista predicting this market to grow to $52 billion in 2018.  And, increasing consumer preference for self-service will bring more and more of your guests away from the cage in 2018.

How well do you know your guests?  Are you providing enough options to keep up with the change in consumer tastes? How are you going to continue to keep your guests secure and ensure that your operation remains in compliance?  These are a few questions you should be asking yourself in January 2018.

At Global Payments Gaming Solutions, we're thinking about them every day.  We aim to do more than ever this year to bring the full solution breadth and technological power of Global Payments to bear for our clients.  And we intend to use our significant innovation power to help you connect with and delight your guests -- across the entire Gaming Entertainment journey -- in more ways then ever before.  We'll provide updates on our progress here, on our blog.  But don't wait for that.  Please contact me or my team at any time to discuss how we can add value to your business in 2018.

Happy New Year!

Chris
